• Mark-sheets (Including failed/ revised)
• Degree certificate
• Photo Id proof Showing signature and date of birth
• Father’s and Mother’s name required
• College name with complete address
• Registration Certificate
• Processing time for Transcripts: Gauhati University takes 30 working days to issue transcripts
• The application needs to be signed by the college principal first which may take some more time
