• Mark-sheets (both front side and back side). Including if any failed/ revised
• Degree certificate (both sides)
• Photo Id proof Showing signature and date of birth
• Father’s and Mother’s name required
• College name with complete address
• Processing time for Transcripts: IGNOU takes 35 – 40 days to issue transcripts
